Delivery and Customer Service Issues

Lowe's what are you doing? I cannot leave a review with regard to the product as it was damaged during delivery. These are not installers who showed up just muscle moving from one job to the next. Customer service, clearly outsourced, is difficult to understand and rude then hung up on me after I asked to speak with a supervisor. Whirlpool refrigerator

I only had it for a few days now so I will have to wait and see. However delivery was 2 hrs late didn't get there till 9pm . The men were very nice respectful no issues them, but lowes need to do better at there schedule time's.

Nice as a refrigerator, but otherwise not.

You can NOT get the doors to line up, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. Lowes installed it but that is not a very good description of their services. They brought it in and then it's up to you to take off all the protective wrap, foam supports for the shelves, tape (and there's a LOT) etc......Whirlpool provides you with "shims" to level the doors but they are inadequate. Great looking and spacious

We liked the look of this refrigerator and that it has French doors. One drawback though is the left door doesn’t stay fully open when you need to get items out from that side. I think this has to do with the ice maker on the inside of that door. Its additional weight causes it to not stay fully open. The right side stays fully open. Great option with a little to improve.

Love the space on this refrigerator. The water dispenser is a little close to the trigger mechanism, but not bad for a normal cup just a little tough for a thick wall thermos.

Outstanding!

Enormous capacity, bright lighting, whisper quiet. All these things and more... things that I never thought about wanting and now don't want to do without! Probably more capacity than one person needs but I think I'll be able to make it work! Fantastic refrigerator with one little flaw

Dimensions, look and price. When we evaluated all of the options and reviews, the Whirlpool brand stood out as the most dependable. The salesperson said he had purchased the same model 2 months earlier and the only thing he didn't like was that the top doors did not have a self closing mechanism like some other brands. Good product but factory QC left me disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit arrived with two problems: 1. LH fridge door not aligned with RH door by 1/2" and 2. LH side of freezer door would not seal against the chassis by half an inch, allowing for frost buildup in the freezer. WP includes a shim kit for the fridge door adjustment, which solved the problem.
