filters are expensive and dont work

Had a "Kenmore" and it was fairly new. It clunked out on us. . We spent a heafty upfront repair fee only for the kid to tell us he could not repair what was not working fifteen minutes after troubleshooting it; so we shopped for another new fridge. Was told ther Whirlpool was the best brand so we got this one. I was pleased to see that the water dispenser was inside the fridge separate from the ice maker. Big fridge

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased this over a year ago. It’s a good fridge but the seal around the doors of the fridge did start to peel off. But when we contacted Whirlpool, they did come and replace it within a day.

Overall nice but opportunities

Reasonable Value but Questionable Performance

Bought this a couple of years ago to replace an LG whose compressor failed after 9 years. Terrible refrigerator

We bought this refrigerator about a year and a half ago, I would warn everybody NOT to get this, I know it is a simple refrigerator, but there are no alarms to let you know if the doors are not closed, especially the freezer. If the freezer is not completely closed it frost over in the matter of hours and then takes days for it to go back to normal. Spacious but loud

I purchased this Whirlpool refrigerator to replace my 20+ year old Whirlpool that had finally given out. Worst Appliance Ever Purchased

I bought this exact Refrigerator only in the 25 cu ft. After the 1 year warranty which is all Whirlpool gives you I purchased an extended warranty as I was told by repairmen I would need it. Sure enough the refrigerator and freezer quit causing hundreds of dollars worth of food to be thrown away. Check your extended warranty company. Whirlpool only uses 1 third party.
