Poor quality

Purchased new and within 6 months the ice maker quit working. A tech came out and replaced the internal parts that were cracked. He told us we would need to disassemble the ice maker every 2-3 months in hopes of keeping it working. The manufacturer changed the internal water tube diameter to a significantly smaller diameter which is easily blocked if you have any hardness in your water, causing water to spray everywhere which eventually breaks the internal components. Do not buy this model

This refrigerator is not user friendly. Have to remove entire ice bin to turn ice maker off or on. Doors do not line up, space between gaskets and one side is higher than the other. Noisy. Difficult to see the temperature settings, light is very dim, have to use flashlight to see where the light is.

Insufficient knowledge & Does not try to make it r

The refrigerator was delivered and placed in the garage. The technician clearly stated that it could not be installed in the intended space due to its slightly oversized dimensions. 6 years old and still running, with Caveats

This frig has always run with no issues after purchasing June 2020 from Lowes. However, it's good to know the things you'll be stuck living with before buying. At the time this was the only stainless frig Lowes had in stock and we had an emergency situation with our old frig, so left us little choice to obtain quickly. PROS: Fingerprint resistant finish really is a helpful feature. The glass shelves are also a definite plus. CONS: The water and ice in the door is a HUGE mess constantly....

Too expensive given the quality issues

Our previous Whirlpool fridge lasted 20 years and gave us no trouble so we picked the same brand and went with one of their upper tier products. When it arrived the right door was sticking out. Contacted Whirlpool and they sent some repair company. Door could not be fixed so a new door was ordered. One month later they tried to install the new door which is now misaligned but in a different direction.
