The scheduled time changed once, it was a bit of an inconvenience, but the truck broke down. But once I received the product I love it except my old fridge had a deli drawer but my new one doesn’t.

Save your money. Bought this fridge at Lowe’s about 8 months ago. When the ice maker fills the tray, water leaks down the back and freezes around the fan which then makes it sound like a 747. Tech came out today and literally put puddy around the water spout and said it’s a regular problem so we’ll see how that works out. Ice maker is a joke……but a joke is funny and I’m not laughing. Refrigerator and delivery issues!!!

Horrible experience! Starting with the delivery... I had questions and the guys spoke NO English. This Whirlpool Refrigerator is horrible. It's SO LOUD and the ice machine does not fill up all the way. The drawers are hard (not smooth) to open and close. The lighting is terrible on both sides. Purchased this fridge 2 week's ago and wish I never bought it. It's extremely loud. We purchased this fridge to replace the exact model that we had for 6 years so we know how it should work and sound. The sound is so loud it drowns out the tv from 35 ft away.
