WHIRLPOOL DISAPPOINTMENT
We owned this model that we bought in 2002 and it worked for 24 years, no problem, had adjustable shelves, ice maker, water dispenser and plenty of storage in the freezer. WHIRLPOOL HAS DEFINITELY CHEAPED OUT AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE VERY DISAPPONITNG. THIS SUMMER WE'VE BOUGHT A NEW WASHER, DRYER AND REFRIGERATOR ALL WHIRLPOOL WHICH WE'VE HAD BEFORE AND I MUST SAY THESE ARE THE WORST. FORGET WHIRLPOOL.

Don't use the Ice & Water if you have wood floors
I have all Whirlpool appliances. On this one, you shouldn't even bother connecting your water line to the ice maker and water dispenser if you have wood floors. When you finish dispensing ice to your cup, a few extra cubes may fall into the chute in the door and melt, melt, melt while you're away, filling the black drip tray, then overflowing onto your floor. If it doesn't overflow, you'll get it anyway because you won't see the full tray, and when you open the freezer door, water goes flying...

Noisy/doors not hung straight
This fridge is very is loud when it runs and it sounds like an old model T. It is the loudest fridge I have ever owned. It seems as if some of the lines under the back cover vibrate and knock when it's running. The right front door is hung improperly and when I open it the door bangs back against the counter if not held all of the time. I was told there is no way to adjust it. My last fridge gave out but at least it was quiet and the doors worked properly. I would NOT RECOMMEND this unit!

Ice Maker Challenge

The space allowed to put a 16oz glass for ice isn't long enough to put a glass under without hitting the water lever. Which creates a situation where you get water and ice cubes. It's very inconvenient, and I have to use a smaller glass to comfortably obtain Ice cubes, then transfer that to a regular size 16oz glass. Unreliable product and an untrustworthy company,
i have a side by side fridge , model wrs325sdhz08. 3 years old, The coil starts freeze a year ago. but once i unplug overnight and plug back in, it will work for a couple of months before the coil freezes and stop cooling again. it has repeated many times during the year and whirlpool can't provide any trouble shooting suggestion except have the customer to pay the repair for a 3 year old fridge. what a shame. stay away from them.

Disappointed Purchase.
I received side by side model WRS325SDHZ14. The shelves are NOT adjustable. It is advertised as having a can caddy which didn’t come with the unit, The interior ice bin is the worse, you have to hold the bin cover up with one hand, hold your glass with another hand, leaving no way to get the cubes out of the bin. The door ice dispenser is too loud to use at night.
