I bought this to replace my old Whirlpool Fridge and have been very happy with the continuing quality of the Whirlpool Refrigerator. The Installers were quick and efficient with placing the new Fridge and connecting the water line as well as removing my old refrigerator.

Hi purchased this unit in November of 2023 as part of a complete suite of new kitchen appliances. I have had it now for 2.5 years. In that time period I've made five service requests for over-temperature. One tech said the temperature was fine (it wasn't!) and then replaced the ice maker! Two separate techs recharged the refrigerant. The fourth tech said the compressor was bad but refused to help me with a warranty claim and wanted me to pay for the parts and labor to fix it. Decent features

I feel the design is more limiting than my old one and am disappointed that I can't adjust them so larger items don't have to be on one shelf. I bought on line so I didn't actually see this til installation and will be okay once I adjust. Sadly that keeps me from the 5 star rating.

This One's a Lemon

In fairness, this is my 2nd Whirlpool refrigerator, which blew its compressor after 20 years with only minor work (light bulbs) before that. I also have a Whirlpool Duet Washer/Dryer that are still working fine after 25+ years with a couple heater elements, seals and belts. New and Improved

It looks and feels well built. I like the bigger space and wider shelves. It's very well lit and you can see all your food inside.
