Replacement Whirlpool

I troubleshot the most common issues and thought replacing the compressor replay could be an inexpensive fix. However, finally pulled the trigger on a new Whirlpool. Got one that was a little larger and within same footprint. Works good for the most part
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge space very much. Icemaker is a bit loud when dropping the ice but we use alot of ice so it's used alot. Nice to have a water dispenser on the door that works though I am the only one who uses that feature since I always have ice water nearby. Not a fan of the square cubes as they won't go into my water bottles so I had to get all wide mouths. I was used to the half moons. Other that I like the fridge.

1.5 Years Review
Purchased November 2024. Ice maker has stopped working. Will not turn over to empty the tray. I've also changed the filter and reset the ice maker multiple times. Expected better results from my Whirlpool purchased having replaced my previous Frigidaire.
Good Refrigerator, Poor Packaging + Documentation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker is slow to make ice. The plastic trim on the door was installed over the plastic film protecting the door finish. Removing the film leaves shreds of the protecting film. It keeps everything at a perfect temperature. It came with NO manuals and the download page only has the User Manual in Spanish. I called support to report that. Now the manual there is in English/French, but for the wrong refrigerator.

Ice feed problems
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shelves are not adjustable, ice feed jams and is hard to get the container in far enough to trip the feed switch. Ice feed is unpredictable, comes out in bunches or nothing for a few seconds also ice maker and storage takes up a significant amount of room in the freezer . Lighting is great. Temp control has too little variability 1 line on freezer is zero to 10 below zero.
