Two guys delivered it I heard it bang on the ground real hard they brought it inside and unwrapped it and it was damaged from the warehouse all the way down the side of it and they left it for me while I through my other outside that still worked . Delivery was right on schedule

I replaced my old refrigerator with this new whirlpool refrigerator.. the delivery guys or super friendly andunboxed the new one and set it up in my kitchen.. no scratches no dents. They plugged it in and everything works great. I am a proud owner of a new whirlpool refrigerator howbeit I’ve only owned it for an hour now

The refrigerator was delivered with a small dent on the side, the delivery person laid it on its back side to take off the knobs that were on the bottom of the refrigerator so I didn't care for that refrigerators are not suppose to be laid down he could've tipped it side to side to take them off but it seem to be working well

Great refrigerator, but door not reversible.

I like the refrigerator. It keeps food cold. Good shelving spacing. The only problem is that you cannot reverse the door. It leaves a 1/8 gap along the entire seam of the door. No matter what I did, I could not fix it. So I put the door back to open the original way. It works great, other than not being reversible.

This model more cons than pros

Our previous freezer on top Whirlpool refrigerator lasted over 20 years so we decided to buy their latest model. Hidden door handles were mandatory for us as models with exterior handles would get in the way of adjacent pantry doors. This limited the available models we could consider. We also had to reverse the doors due to the layout. The previous model had door hinges arranged so that when the door opened, the width of the refrigerator stayed the same. wider temperature range

Good quality but temperature does fluctuate in the compartments, possibly to assist in longevity of the fridge as the cycles are longer. Compressor comes on around 40 and brings it down to 36.

Ice Maker

Received refrigerator. Last Monday wrong refrigerator delivered. Didn’t get refrigerator delivered until 5:30 pm Wednesday. Paid $104 for icemaker which is sitting in a box on my sink not installed

Great frig

I love the whirlpool refrigerator. Its size price and quality of it. It’s a name that I’ve known my whole life. They stand behind their product.
