This refrigerator malfunctioned immediately!

This refrigerator malfunctioned immediately, and I am now without a fridge. I understand that today's appliances are not built the way they used to be back in the day, but to pay for a brand new fridge only to have it malfunction within a few hours of being set up, is really disturbing. What's more disturbing is that I am now without a fridge, and have to sit and wait for this model and color to come back into stock... or settle for brand/model that might actually be worse.

I will purchase again soon from Lowe's.

I am so pleased with the whole process from ordering in the store to delivery. Lowes process is very efficient and easy and I appreciate easy. I was kept informed of the delivery time and was given instructions to that delivery and install would be smooth. The delivery guys were easy going and polite.

Pro/con

I like that it is not as wide as my old one (also a Whirlpool). Space wise, not as much space, as the deli drawer limits what I can place on the bottom self.

The delivery men did an outstanding job delivering our new refrigerator. They were very particular to ensure there were no dents or scratches. I would definitely use their services again!

Good refrigerator bad delivery

This refrigerator is as described. The only bad thing was the delivery but that’s not the refrigerator’s fault. The delivery was rushed. No information was provided on the refrigerator. No time was given to ask questions.

Good fridge

Is exactly what we ordered and was in good condition when ordered. The plastic was difficult to get off.

confirm that the appliance is setup correctly

The appliance was great, but the men who delivered it did not take the plastic wrap off before they left. This was for my 90 year old Aunt, and these guys just did not do their job very well. Also, when placing the order is the store, they neglected to change the customer name on my order. I purchased a washer last year, and my they failed to change this order to the person who was actually getting the appliance.

Good buy

Even though it is 19CF like our old one It has a bigger freezer than our last one (which is a good thing),but a smaller food compartment to equal out the same 19CF. Had it about 2 weeks now and I've noticed I have to turn both the fridge & the freezer on the highest/coldest settings or else ice cream is mushy & cheese "sweats" inside the bins at bottom of fridge. ?
