I wish I had known about the 21.3-cu ft version of the Whirlpool refrigerator before I bought mine. Disappointed

We bought the refrigerator two weeks ago and the ice maker hasn’t work right since. Call the store And got nowhere their customer service is terrible. I had to call corporate to get a person who tell me I need to return the ice maker for new one. I said I can’t. So I told her to send a service rep which they came today and he looked at freezer and said they needed to replace the refrigerator. The seal around the door is not sealed. Disappointed

We purchased this refrigerator online after finding out that our refrigerator had quit while we were on vacation. The doors are very think and take up too much room when open. This is making it very awkward in our kitchen. Hinges are exposed and look cheap. Lesson learned too late.

3/4" Off Level

Things were fine. The guys were in a great hurry and left me with a refrigerator that was 3/4" off level. I had to correct that, and it took some doing. I paid for them to install it correctly. Not for them to leave it unlevel necessitating my correction. crediting the amount that I paid for the installation would be the right thing to do.

The refrigerator was not even close to level. when the technicians left, the unit was 3/4" of an inch off level. I had to take care of that myself. Which I paid to have done. So that I would not have to do it.

2nd day!

Next Monday will be the 4th time Lowe's has been here to deal with an ice maker and refrigerator, brand new! After 2 days! The ice maker leaked water into the fridge and they are dragging their feet about making it right, 2 days!!!

Garage Fridge

Purchased this as a second fridge in the garage, it's been a hot humid summer, and this unit is working great. Checked the temp in freezer and holding at 0 and the main fridge is mid 30's. I do recommend you plug it in and wait 24 hours before using as recommended by the mfg and the delivery team. So far, this unit appears to be as advertised for energy efficiency too which is a plus. Very happy with this purchase overall.

Not Happy with Lindale Tx store

I was told by two (2) people in the Lindale Tx appliance department that the ice maker would be installed by Lowes. When the refrigerator and ice maker were delivered by the Lindale Tx people, I was told that they did not install and would have to contact the Lindale Tx to arrange the installation.
