Recommended cooling is not quite cold enough but if we put it one more place our food freezes in the refrigerator. The controls for the produce drawers are simply a joke. The refrigerator I previously had was smaller in total size but had slightly more space inside.

We bought this fridge 15 months ago the freezer stopped working and Whirlpool wouldn't cover it under warranty! Really the fridge should last at least 10 years before having to replace it! But hey thanks for not helping me at all Whirlpool! I will NEVER buy Whirlpool again!!!!

The fan went out. The freezer worked, but not the refrigerator. Do not purchase. One would expect a brand new refrigerator to last longer than 14 months. No support from Whirlpool, other than $480 in repair coverage for the future.

The only stainless steel finish available for the WRT318FZDM model is Monochromatic Stainless Steel. I bought this refrigerator to replace one that died. I checked online to be sure the refrigerator was available and could be delivered the next day.
