Great power sprayer!

I bought this pressure washer to replace a 20 year old washer that I can no longer get replacements parts for. I was never happy with my old power washer because I felt it had several design flaws. BUY DEWALT INSTEAD

DO NOT PURCHASE! After trying to start this unit multiple times, I began the long ordeal of contacting their "customer service" department. All I got was repeated questions about the unit and the request of a video showing that it was not starting. Worked Great Until It Didn’t

Started working on my driveway and sidewalk and this machine was great… until I had to shut it off to move my car. Now it won’t restart. Have tried everything, even letting it rest and the engine will not fire. Now I only have half the job done with a new pressure washer that does not fire up. Disappointed.

WOW!!!!

I bought this and immediately went to using it and mannnnn let me tell you what. This thing destroy my older generic electric pressure washer and I thought my electric one was good. This is a must have for anyone. Now go to the store and buy your own cause this one is mine

Easy to start up.

I bought this item 3 weeks ago, first time using it started up on the second pole and worked flawlessly motor seems a high-quality and it’s ease of operation. Makes it a good choice and it’s got enough power too. First time I’ve had one with a soap dispenser function that worked great too. I highly recommend this item.

Well Documented and Packaged

I just received the unit and did the simple assembly, as perfectly laid out in the manual. This is the second major Westinghouse product I bought and I appreciate the engineering, packaging and user manuals. Can't wait to use it! It's more powerful and better engineered than my last pressure washer.

Broken after first run

Do not buy. After assembly, it ran fine for about 2 minutes. After attempting to use the soap dispenser, the whole unit stopped making pressure. The engine runs fine, but the water pump completely stopped functioning. Westinghouse offered to replace it but I asked for a refund.

Avoid This COMPANY: Terrible reliability/support

I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. STEER VERY CLEAR of Westinghouse. I’m genuinely appalled by how my situation is being handled. I purchased this pressure washer from Westinghouse maybe a month or so back and have used it for maybe 3½ hours total. The engine began making noises I had never heard before. Great buy and product

I purchased this model to replace my smaller electric unit. It fired right up after some simple assembly and works great! It has so much more power than the electric unit and is perfect for power washing our driveways. The driveway brush is a must have item. It dramatically cuts down the amount time it takes to do the job. Overall, I am very happy with power washer and it stores so easily in our smallish 2 car garage.

Upon receiving the product it was easy to assemble. I had problems with the initial start. I tried starting the machine using the CHOKE mode and it wouldn't start after about 5 minutes of attempting next I tried starting the washer in RUN mode and it finally started.
