I purchased one of this model washer and the slide lock button for one side of the handle assembly was broken and loose inside the handle. Picture shows the button as it should be. I returned and got a second one and the frame that the handle slips into was lopsided by 2" so the handle could not be put on to slide down to the lock button. The frame could not have been bent during delivery, it was a manufacturer defect. I will look into another brand! Shoddy workmanship.
Great purchase!
Very light weight power washer that was easy to use and maneuver! Power washed the vinyl siding and concrete patio and it did a great job. Was hesitant to purchase an electric one but it definitely did the job- very satisfied with purchase.

I just bought this electric pressure washer, and so far I really like it. I like that the cord winds up out of the way. The wheels are nice sized and seem sturdy. Very easy to assemble!

Good performance and ease of use
I have had my Westinghouse WPX3000e Electric Pressure Washer for 1 week. Assembly was easy and quick. I have used it twice in the last week: once to make sure that it worked after I assembled it and once to clean my front porch. So far, I'm pleased with the performance and ease of use of this pressure washer.

Problem at first use, poor customer service
Easy to put together, but when I tried to use it, pressure was poor, and motor pulsated. It was past Lowe's 48 hr return window, even for a defective unit, so next step was to contact mfg customer service. I made a video, and sent it to customer service team. The help and advice i got was the ones I've already tried off the internet. To further assist, I was told to provide proof of purchase. Since I ordered online, I provided the online purchase details. Easy to use
Very easy to set up and operate. Handling the electric cord is somewhat awkward for me. Would like an improved ergonomic solution for the power cord.

I like this item very much because it is much lighter than my gas power washer. Additionally it has a larger psi than my gas one.

Good product for the price
I just purchased the power washer yesterday and used it today to pressure wash my walkways and my deck. It worked flawlessly. It was pretty easy to assemble and use. It's light enough to move around. The power cord and the washer hose is sufficiently long to get the job done.

So far Very Good
I just got this and used it once, but so far it's very good. It was easy to assemble. It's light weight and compact and rolls easily. The pressure was very good for use on my deck.
