Westinghouse Pressure washer works great!

Ovr the yearas, we have owned three pressure washers. This Westinghouse pressure is our best ever. It is easy to set up and to use. It is much less loud than our previous washers. We've used each of the nozzles and lliked the performance of each. In our eight uses to date, it has performed eaxactly as we hoped.

Decent washer, poor customer support

I unpacked, assembled and used the pressure washer. It worked well. However, within 30 minutes, the rotating jet tip stopped working. I ran through the recommended solutions with no success. Since this is a minor and inexpensive part I assumed customer support would simply send a replacement. Instead, I had to enter all the required information and video files twice. In spite of having a case number sent by Westinghouse, they claimed there was no case. Then Westinghouse proceeded to claim...

Performed as expected. I like the convenience of an electric pressure washer compared to the gasoline model that I have used previously. I think the advertised 3400 psi is a little deceptive. The manual says 3000 psi operating pressure.

Great purchase for outdooor clean-up

I purchase 2.5 Months ago and I am happy with purchase. It works Great. I am still learning how to use the different features. Looking forward to the day I become a pro.

Poor decision 1 min of working and stop When I try to return they say it was 48 h to return And now I am stuck

Convenience for my needs.

The pressure was excellent on this 3400e electric washer. I have owned a gas model, and this electric one works just as well for what I was wanting to do with it. I got it to wash the driveway and sidewalks and it did the work as easily. I wish there was a longer cord than it has, but it was fine since I bought the 50 ft. hose to go with it. Turning it off and on is so easy. I had to put the wheels on and the cart together, but I had no trouble. I mainly just needed a screwdriver. Instruct...
