The quick start guide was odd, didn't match the model i bought, but the manual had the right info for assembly, however it didn't mention anything about the soap hose connection, i found it in the manual where it described all the connections on the pump, and good thing because there is two places the hose would technically fit, on the brass barbed fitting on top which is the correct location, or on the temp safety output which looks like a hose barb also. This is the best pressure washer for the money. It started on first pull, and is very easy to start. Most everything feels like and performs like very high quality components. The power is awesome, and it was able to remove stains from my concrete pool deck that my old pressure washer couldn't (GENERAC 2700 psi). Good power
I bought this power washer two months ago and used it once. It worked well, although it was very hard to pull the recoil starter. It is very tight and I am not as strong as I used to be. Needed to have my son-in-law pull it for me. I imagine it should loosen up as it gets used. Unfortunately, when I tried to start it again two months later it would not start. My husband and gardener tried every thing we could to get it started but have failed. I now will see if Westinghouse can diagnose it.

I've had it a week. Putting it together was straight forward. I really liked the cap that came with the oil to get it into the engine. I'm keeping that for the next fill. Pressure washed the back porch tile floor and furniture. Worked well on this job. Hope is stays working well but no reason to think there will be issues after a week

I bought this pressure washer to replace a 20 year old washer that I can no longer get replacements parts for. I was never happy with my old power washer because I felt it had several design flaws. Worked Great Until It Didn’t
Started working on my driveway and sidewalk and this machine was great… until I had to shut it off to move my car. Now it won’t restart. Have tried everything, even letting it rest and the engine will not fire. Now I only have half the job done with a new pressure washer that does not fire up. Disappointed.

Not bad for the price
Just unpacked it. Easy assembly, straightforward user guide for quick start, operation, storage, and maintenance. A few more plastic components than I would like but that seems to be the state of things these days. The wheels appear to be a weak point, flimsy plastic on a bolt.
