Bought this product couple years ago but I guess I let it set to long and its no way to recharge the battery or buy a battery

Worked for a bit, then nothing.

I purchased this item when I was going to do a long road trip from the Midwest to Wyoming and back. The unit worked very well and I was happy. A few months later, I thought I would recharge it while I was working in the garage. It worked fine while it was plugged in, but testing it after it was charged gave me no power at all. I would like to know if there was a recommended a way to restart a dead battery, or is it possible to swap out the batteries.

I bought mine in Nov. 2023. I live in my RV and use my Westinghouse igen600 and igen1000 to watch a 32' TV daily. I recharge them on a small generator. My igen1000 still works but I never take it below 90%. I probably got 300 cycles out of my igen600 so I'd say it was worth the money.

Better than any noisy generator

This 1000s unit is the real deal. I didn’t expect it to perform so brilliantly but it did. I was without power for 8 days in the SW Va mountains during Helene,, and I was able to run most all of my small items with ease,, I think the only thing I haven’t tried yet is my refrigerator,, but it ran a PA system with accessories and then during cleanup I plugged an electric chainsaw into it and cut up two trees with plenty of power to spare. I bought this after a hurricane came through my area and it works great. I can recharge multiple devices, and it has a built-in light. It has two outlets suitable for plugging in lamps, etc.

Will not buy this brand again

We purchased the iGen300s for backup power for work, in order to run an scale reading indicator in the event of a power outage. DO NOT BUY THIS

I bought this 2 years ago. Used it 5 times to run a Cpap in our cabin. Now it will not charge. Plugged in and just blinks , stays blinking and at 0.6. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

CPAP

I’m happy I bought this. I’ve tried other batteries to power my CPAP when the power goes out. Most advertise that they will power a CPAP for however many nights, but what they fail to mention is that if your CPAP generates heat with a heated tube and or humidifier, they are massive power hogs and need a stronger battery.
