Great for older people

Would Recommend

Bought yesterday for my grandmother cause her power had been out for a couple days and she can’t pull the cord to start. The push button works great and is suprisingly easy to move around.

Would Not Recommend

I would recommend in-store pick-up. FedEx delivered it to the wrong house, Lowe’s making no attempt to resolve issue. Needed the iGen for a trip in a four days. Can’t even get replacement by then since it’s not a stocked item.

I bought this unit and so far so good. Setup was easy enough and included everything I needed except gasoline. Started easily and is plenty quieter than my other generator. I have high hopes that this will be a quality product that will last.

I have just bought this generator and have not run it very long. However it did arrive neatly packaged with very clear instructions and flags on the machine to help with the initial start up. Once I added the motor oil and connected the starter battery, it started right up with the push of a button. The unit has nice operation panel and easy to read gauges. The unit weighs about 100 pounds but has robust handles for lifting and and extending pull bar that allows for easy wheeling and movement...

Would Not Recommend

Worst generator ever! Bought one and it ran one day and broke down. Took to the repair center and they had the generator for 2 months and finally stated they could not repair it. Westinghouse had me ship that one back and sent another. Again, the first time we went to run it it ran for about a half hour and broke down. Unfortunately we were on a camping trip with our 2 dogs so we had to pay for a campground so we could run the air. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS GENERATOR!!!!! LOWES SHOULD BE ASHAMED...
