What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these grills for exceptional durability, with many reporting previous units lasting 10 to over 25 years. Reviewers consistently commend reliable heat control, even cooking across the surface, and the standout sear feature delivering restaurant-quality results. Thoughtful design elements like fold-down side tables and quick ignition enhance usability. A few note concerns about two-wheel mobility and plastic components, while some miss the propane gauge. Overall, most customers consider the long-term value exceptional and remain deeply loyal.

I bought this 2 months ago and have used it several times. While it works as expected, I was disappointed in some of the corners they cut to save money. They installed cheap plastic wheels that I don’t anticipate will last a year, and only 2 of them. The back is completely open, which allows easy access for animals to get in to the grease tray and make a mess. In retrospect, I should have purchased a Monument grill. They appear to be a same or better quality for much less. The main reason I went...

Weber Spirit E325 Assembly and Operation
I've had a Weber gas grill for over 20 years and decided to upgrade (????) - nothing wrong with the old one (just old - gave it to my son). Bought it from a local hardware store and decided to put it together myself (84yo). It seemed to be packed ok but when I took the pieces out of the box, the side pieces were bent and wouldn't fit together - I had to try and reshape the crushed parts with a hammer. I finally (after some struggle) got the parts to align and put the grill together. Even though ...

Weber, is there any other brand out there?
Bought my E-325 two years ago, and only assembled this pass year. Upon opening package, discovered door had a dent at bottom which made it impossible to install as hole for the hinge was misshapen and would not work. Weber being the great company they are, was at first not going to replace the door, but after I spoke to the wonderful, agent, and sent photos, they agreed that I was deserving of a door and sent one to me! I showed photos that I was actually assembling the product. So again thank y...

Gr8 Grill
Gr8 Grill, had higher model grills in the past from weber and stainless. They make great grills that last much longer than other brands. The price is creeping up but what isnt. I went with a lower model because i dont need a larger grill. This grill is plenty adequate for my family of 4 and guests. Even heat, plenty hot, versatile cooking, plenty of options to accessorize. My only complaints are that he space in the middle of the 2 piece grill rack creqtes a larger ipening for meqt to fall an...

Unbelievable
We went to Lowe’s to replace our 15+ Genesis grill by Weber. We did not need a big grill so we decided to get the E-325 Gas grill. I registered the grill but I got a continual denial indicating that I was putting the wrong serial number. I’m talking resubmitting 5x at least. Finally, I contacted customer service via email. Their response was that they registered the grill for me. That’s all they said - they registered it for me. The first time to start/light, it fired right up. But, it did not s...

Grill arrived non functional
I bought this from Lowes and had it assembled and delivered to me but it did not work. I then called Weber directly to troubleshoot it, they sent me a replacement part which did not work and then I had to call to try to get a replacement. Super frustrating experience.

Weber is the best.
This is my second Weber grill. The first one lasted 15 + years and was still working. It needed a lighter to ignite it, however it basically rusted through. When I went to move it the bottom fell through. In addition to the superb cooking ability what I like most is the warranty. On my first Weber after about 6 or 7 years the burners were defective and Weber sent me a new complete set of burners, igniter, etc. It was like a total new grill. Well worth it. Thanks Weber.

Premium price for a less that stellar experience
I paid a premium price for a new weber grill, following reviews by relatives who purchased one. This was not a premium experience. The grill was delivered assembled by ACE hardware, but was missing the entire grease trap assembly so they had to come back out for that. Hooked up current tank used with previous grill and loud gas leak from hose/regulator. Contacted customer support they insisted was an issue with the tank and not the hose. Bought a $25 hose from home depot - no lead with same tank...

Never been a grill guy, but now I am in love
I bought this last week since I was tasked with hosting the extended family for a July 4th BBQ. We assembled it July 3rd, and I cooked a fantastic BBQ on the 4th. Everything went just as it should. The assembly actually wasn't that hard (Don't overcomplicate it by watching YouTube. It's fine.) It looks great. It is very sturdy. Everything cooked perfect (and evenly). If I was forced to have any kind of issue with this grill, it would be that the propane tank is exposed on the back side of the gr...

Excellent design and function
I've used Weber gas grills since 1985, the Genesis models. My last was wearing out and I saw this model rated highly in Cook's Illustrated magazine. I was concerned it might be too small, but decided to buy it and I'm very pleased I did. The E-325 comes with cast iron grates (I replaced the wire grates on previous units with cast iron) and heats up quickly, evenly, and will run up to 700' no problem. The sear settings work perfectly for cooking game meats while I can cook vegetables at the same ...
