What Customers Are Saying
The pellet smoker offers convenient features like accurate temperature control and app connectivity that allow users to successfully smoke a variety of meats. While some customers noted the smoker produces less smoke than desired at higher temperatures and the cleaning process is more complicated, the majority of users are satisfied with the smoker's performance and quality.

I purchased this unit at the beginning of January 2026. Having moved from a puck smoker to a pellet smoker I can honestly say this is much more practical and economical. The build quality is excellent, ease of use with the WiFi app is great, manual priming of the auger is not required, very spacious and cooking a large brisket is not a problem. At this price point, build quality and features I would highly recommend this smoker to anyone that either a novice, intermediate or even advanced at s...

Not perfect but good
I bought the smoker to replace the aging propane fired smoker from Masterbuilt I had for 7 years. The first thing I smoked was a pork butt, which turned out to be dry and not having enough smoke flavour for my liking. Turns out that you need to add a waterpan and smoke lower than planned, back to 225 like I did in the propane smoker. 275 is not working for intense flavor. I am extremely disappointed that the aluminum liners Weber advertises are NOWHERE available, and nobody can tell me in all s...

It's a Weber
I replaced my old pellet grill with the Weber Smoque. What more is there to say. It's a Weber. I have 3 Webers now in my BBQ area, as well as one in my motor-home. This Weber Smoque is above anything else I have ever used. It starts and heats up fast, the temperature control works great, and the dual cooking probes are awesome. Maybe the part I like the most, beside the quality build, is the app, I just wish I could bring it into Home-Assistant

Great Little Smoker
I have only used the Smoque for one cook since buying it, a prime rib for Christmas. Features I like are the ease of lighting, temperature control, probe accuracy and smoke infusion. I am a previous owner of offset charcoal smokers and a Komodo style smoker. They all smoked wonderful meat but I am over tending to the fire and tweaking temps for hours on end; I am loving a simpler, but quality form of smoking food.

Works great and lots of room for customizations
I bought the Smoque XL just over a month ago and I couldn’t be happier. I have done steaks, sausages and burgers and have zero complaints. The app is extremely user friendly and the recipes are really good. The smoker itself is fully customizable which I think is important for long term use.

Focused and Flawless: The Weber Smoque
I bought the Weber Smoque (22") in July 2025, and after over four months and a full summer of cooking on it, I can confidently say it’s everything I was looking for in a smoker. I’ve done everything from brisket to salmon, pork belly, and even Thanksgiving turkey — all with great results. I upgraded from a vertical propane smoker, and my biggest frustration with that setup was constant flame management. I could never step away for long. The Smoque completely solved that problem. So many other pe...

Weber smoker
Smoker was relatively easy to assemble by myself taking about two hours. A bit disappointed that the main lid was dented although not worth returning the unit for a replacement. My first smoked rib roast was a home run, best I have ever made. Happy with my Weber pellet smoker and my Weber grill after a few months having both.

Great Bluetooth
It’s a great addition to the meat preparation options. I’m enjoying experimenting with different options especially with Jerky. If you have some good recipes please send them along?

Solid performer and value
This is my 4th smoker in 8 years. They all smoke meat fine and perform the basics well. So i will concentrate on how this unit excels or differs. Mice large hopper with pellet dump. Grease system works great and the system has no way of the bucket dripping or being spilled because of misfitting like competitors. The controller, app, and temperature control and consistency is better than any smoker i have owned. Great job Weber. The smoke system is supposed to deliver more smoke on the meat. This...

Heavy Duty, Tech Benefits, Great Smoke Capability,
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently added this smoker to our backyard setup, and while the assembly took a bit more time and effort than expected, it was absolutely worth it. Once it was up and running, this thing proved to be a powerhouse. It’s a heavy-duty machine, built solid and ready for any smoking job you can throw at it. One of the standout features is the app connectivity, which makes it easy to monitor temps and cook times without being tied to the grill th...
