Bait and switch....bad business practices.
I had to buy these doors from four different stores. In each box there 's at least one or more door panels that are damaged by the way they were handled either by the manufacturer or Lowe's. There's also a bait and switch going on with these doors at Lowes. If you buy a door assembly, the wheels do not come with the door ( Even though on the box it clearly states they are included) , ...also the inserts that the wheels go into are not part of the box that the doors are in either. Dont buy this model of garage doors
I would have actually put a zero if asked. I ordered the door and the package if materials have rails, brackets, bolts, nuts. But NO ROLLERS/WHEELS. How stupid can this be. Then you see a note on the front if the box that a separate hurricane brace needs to be ordered. I also thought that maybe this was a return item and someone kept the rollers. So now I ordered another door and the hurricane bracket option. The 2nd new door arrives and the same thing. NO ROLLERS! HOW STUPID IS THIS! ...

Don’t buy in Fl unless you have the Hurricane box!
There are no rollers. In Florida you need to buy the hurricane box. They aren’t available. Can’t even order it!! I had to return the door. Lost $94.00 in shipping to me. 😡😡
