Truly, highly satisfied. Doesn't take up a lot of space, quiet, works well and was simple enough to install - once I gave up on the directions. The videos and manual cover too many models, and theirs minor jump arounds in the pictures/videos leaving questions. Example, provide Teflon tape, don't say to add it anywhere (if you haven't done any plumbing, you might have an issue). Nowhere does it explain how the RO filter gets put into the mix, I assume cause itis an add on but instructions aren't ...

We brought the 800 GPD
We brought the 800 GPD Tankless RO System with UV Sterilizing Light and Smart Faucet - Waterdrop G3P800 along with Remineralization Filter a few months ago. So far, we are really glad with our RO System. It has been one of the best investments since not only the water tastes great but also as the water wastage ratio is 3:1, one of the least water wasting RO systems available in the market. Before 800GPD, we had a traditional RO system with a tank and with remineralization as well. However, each...

We've been using the G3P800
We've been using the G3P800 for almost a month now and it's been good. I installed the unit in the basement below our kitchen island sink to keep the cabinet clear for storage and because the unit is a bit noisy. I installed the PMT small pressure tank kit which enables instant water at the faucet about 8 feet horizontally and 6 or 7 feet up. It also allows constant pressure to the icemaker almost 30 feet away which gives us mostly clear hard ice. I would give five stars, but the unit comes ...

Best system I've used yet.
Pricey? Yes. Worth it. Absolutely. They do go on sale as well. I've used several different brands over the years. The specs on the filters are impressive and they are certified. Many companies will say they do their own testing to match the certified filters. This means there is no real oversight. I like the fact I can also add a UV light and remineralization filter. One of the things I dreaded doing with the old system is getting under the sink to replace the 6 filters. It was diffic...
Replaced an old 4 filter tank
Replaced an old 4 filter tank system with this system, huge upgrade for us. Way better water pressure and flow rate with the bonus of being way more efficient, less waste and takes up less room under the sink. Easy to install with great instructions.Even though it is a refurbished unit it looks brand new and the price was excellent. Love that it tracks the condition of the filters for replacement. We also got the small pressure tank since we use it for our refrigerator water and ice. I highly re...

Everyone comments on improved
Everyone comments on improved taste. The numbers that show up on the faucet seem to mean something but your materials are a bit unclear about what. I asked this question of a person who answered a phone request but he said municipal water usually is a 7-9 range but range of what? Would you, please, better explain what this should mean to us?

My wife and I invested in a Waterdrop G3P800 after noticing the health benefits of drinking distilled water.. We like how this will practically pay for itself, reduce plastic waste, and provide clean, lead free water for drinking and cooking via a dedicated spigot. Personally, I only notice a slight difference in taste compared to distilled water.

Nice design, easy to install
Nice design, easy to install with good quality of materials. Pump might be a little noisy to some people however it doesn't run long so it is not too intrusive. Would have liked a mounting option for the UV on the back of the unit instead of just below the faucet so that it is before the mini tank to the fridge.

Iam really impressed with this
Iam really impressed with this product so far. The real tell for me will be how long the filters last. You do need some basic plumbing knowledge but it is fairly easy, yet time consuming to install. I've done a lot of in-home sink plumbing over the years and it took me about four hours to install. The instructions are very easy to read and make for a very understandable install. I did add the re-mineralization filter which makes a difference in the taste of the water in a good way. Without it, t...

Lost one point for the
Lost one point for the re-mineralizer filter. It only increase the TDS reading by about 20 ppm which was a disappointment. RO mineralizing filters from other brands seem to provide similar results. Ultimately, we have decided to add mineral drops to our RO water to get it up to optimal levels. We are using about 6 drops per liter. Taste is perfection. My daughter calls it nerd water :)
