Hope you get a good box

The entire box was defective. My previous box was great. The switches for selecting the color tone was broken meaning every light was different color. Returning them.

Easy install, safety concern, good customer rep

I purchased this kit for use in a drop ceiling that I am installing in a finished part of my basement. Overall, the installation was straight forward. The tether connectors and Wago connectors are nice. Although the Wago connectors allow for 3 supply wires in one box, I would recommend feeding only one or two wires into the box since it is small and closing the lid to the box is difficult with 3 supply wires fed into the box. Good light, but REALLY cheap components

I bought a box of six of these adjustable lights. They have a nice switch on the side which immediately broke on 3 of the 6. The plastic selector is bad and came apart with the slightest change. I had to open the guts of the thing to set the light color with a screwdriver (which worked), and reassemble. The reason for the 3 stars is the lack of quality. I don't expect to change the colors often, so it is still an ok light and much cheaper than the others like it.

A great upgrade for existing dim bathroom lights - is what I hoped to get, and is exactly what I got with these 850 Lumen lights. I'm very happy with the update look that these give replacing old in-ceiling bulb lights & case. The light is wide and not directed light the previous ones we had - sothe whole bathroom is lit up with just these 2 we installed. I plan on using them in the remodel of kitchen, laundry/butlers pantry & a hallway - but probably using the 3" version for the skinny hallway...

I selected the light from the shelf first one in the row facing the aisle. Took it home to install and it was used with two wires cut from the controller. I had to return it immediately.checking the new box from the shelf, same shelf same store in mooresville nc and the light assembly was perfect not severed or modified from original construction . I believe it was a returned item on my initial purchase. Quality control of returned items should be implemented. 30 minute drive in each directio...

Internal short on one of the driver boxes.

Normally I like these lights. I have purchased 3 sets of six and all but one light has performed well. Unfortunately, one of the lights in my most recent purchase had an internal short circuit and damaged the dimmer switch. I haven’t pursued a warranty claim so far, I just ordered a single replacement light. (And bought a new dimmer).
