Great product but quality diminished

Manufacturing defects and cheaper materials/feel: I purchased this to replace the exact model on my door that had worn finish and a failing spring/joint for the thumb spring. The model I wanted was on-line only, and the first arrived with several noticeable defects in the aged bronze finish (aluminum shows through, flaking off, rough raised bumps). Would Not Recommend

I will never purchase another Therma Tru Fiberglass door again. It has been a nightmare trying to get this door painted. We have followed the instructions and paint bubbles and peels . Coverage is blotchy and white coming through the paint. Lowes is not providing us any help trying to get this resolved.
