Beautiful but damaged

I absolutely love the design, the color, everything about this unit. Unfortunately, I am one of the unlucky recipients of the cracked top. I contacted Lowe's and the only solution they can offer is to return the entire unit for a replacement. This unit is extremely heavy and the only thing that needs to be replaced is the top - the vanity itself is fine. The guys that delivered it had a heck of a time getting it up the stairs. I am very pleased with the vanity I am not pleased that the price went up $50.00 in a week although it was an item in stock. I looked at the item, did some research, measured etc and went back to purchase. The price was $50.00 more. I had a picture of the vanity with the price from my first visit and the salesperson informed me it was due to inflation.

Zero for Two

This is total garbage. The first one arrived with a cracked top and peeling veneer on the legs. Which, the veneer is basically the thickness of a child's sticker. Then the replacement arrived with a cracked top, so now we are zero for two. Best of all, the delivery company wouldn't take away both vanities because this was set up as an exchange. When I opened it the top was cracked. I followed the directions. I don't know If it came that way or if moving it over the threshold stressed the top. Because the top is attached and flexed causing cracks? I cann't return it because I am by my self and cannot reload it.I have to finish installing it and live with a disappointing Crack? 😔

Do NOT BUY You will regret

Whatever the stone top is made of, be it marble or whatever, it etches and leaves water spots all over that do not come out. This happened within a few weeks of owning it. We do not have small children. We are a retired couple, and I am a neat freak. My Quartz kitchen counters tops that I cook 3 meals a day on doesn't leave any etching or water spots. Great vanity

I love the neutral color. The quartz top is pretty with nice grayish marbling. It wasn't glued or attached to vanity which was nice so we could adjust to our crooked wall. Overall, I'm very pleased

Product came damaged

This product came heavily damaged, cracked all over the sink and countertop. This really makes it difficult when scheduling installers. I’m in the process of returning the product, and of course won’t be refunded until delivery company picks it up. I’m really hoping the next vanity we purchase doesn’t come damaged again, as our remodel needs to be completed asap.

Delivery is horrible.

The product is fine but the experience with Lowes and delivery was horrible. Delivered broken twice. Wrong phone numbers used to call me which resulted in missed deliveries. Transferred from Lowe's customer service to freight company, call dropped; transferred from freight company back to Lowe's store where order was being fulfilled from, not answered after 15 minutes on hold so I had to start over.
