Good chairs if you aren’t a perfectionist

The good: Solid materials, sleek appearance, seem sturdy, very comfortable, swivel smoothly. The bad: I agree the assembly is confusing and the directions are terrible. But once you build the first one the second goes pretty quick. Probably took me two hours for both chairs. Don’t let that dissuade you from buying. 1 year later: Rust everywhere

While the primary area of the chair are in great shape after one year — all four of my chairs have rust dripping from them from around all of the screws and openings. These chairs are not properly treated to prevent rust at the screws and chair openings. I have to constantly clean my patio for rust stains and every time I go to sit after it rains I have to tilt the chairs to let the water and rust run out so I don’t stain my clothes! I've lost my bearings!

We ordered 6 of these chairs. For the first couple weeks, they were the best chairs ever. Then we started to hear a metal "plinking" when we were sitting on them. It was the bearings falling out of the swivel chamber. Now they rock all around, grind metal on metal if you turn your seat, and are wobbly as can be. We are not big people. Just average sized. Buyer Beware of Assembly

The chairs were a nightmare to put together. My husband has assembled plenty of items in the past, this was by far the worst. There were two hardware parts missing; fortunately we had some spares that worked. Also, the screw holes were not aligned on three of the chairs and he had to drill/modify them to make them work! Inconsistent Finish

Before I even began to put it together, I removed all pieces and lined them up. First, the finish on one of the arm rest was damanged. It wasn't scraped. It was as though someone had tried to touch up the paint and made it worse. It was a different shade of black. Then the back of the chair had several areas that looked the same at the seams where welding is done or whatever method is used to put the metal together. I'm so disappointed. 3 months old and breaking

I ordered these chairs (4) in April and they are already breaking. The ball bearings are popping out and the chairs have been used a handful of times (too hot this summer) and only by adults. For the price of these chairs I'd expect them to hold up to sitting especially as little as they have been sat in. I am very disappointed.

Quality product with questionable instructions

These chairs are well built and well designed in relation to the price. Every part is well packaged and used right down to the last washer. My only complaint is the instructions. While they are understandable, customer service would dictate that this company could blow up the illustrations and provide more detail which would save time and be greatly appreciated. It seems all these companies have such minimal concern about giving the customer a decent set of instructions. By the time we see the i...

A well made chair

Love the roomy seat and high back of the chair. I also like that the seat is high up off of the mechanics (nuts and bolts) of the chair. The only downside is that the pillow tends to slide under the back some. It should have been just a little longer to account for that. I also wish that it had a pillow on the back.

Ball bearings fall out! Poor quality!

Purchased set of 4 May 2021. Assembly was extremely difficult. Rusting & holding water in frame after 2 weeks of use, ball bearings fell out of 2 chairs, which we returned-exchanged. 2nd set (of 2) same thing happened. Got 3rd set (of 2) on 6/22, but haven't yet assembled. In the meantime, the other 2 (of original set of 4) are now falling apart - ball bearings falling out, chair loose on swivel mount. Ball bearings falling out

These chairs are very wobbly because the ball bearings are falling out on all of them. It’s very frustrating considering how expensive these chairs are. I don’t even like to sit on my patio because of it. Also beware if you have small children! The ball bearings are tiny and could be swallowed. Lowes needs to do better! A replacement would be much appreciated!!! I have the table and 4 chairs. The table is great. The chairs, not so much.
