Damaged buyer beware!

So we bought this cabinet for a friend. Opened it for install a month later...the kick plate was cracked and detached from the cabinet and one of the doors was damaged. I called customer service just to replace the door and we'll fix the kick plate ourselves seeing there isn't a part for it. They said we had to load the whole cabinet, return it and get a new cabinet! Horrible! Just send the one door! I asked if I could just bring the door back and switch it out. Overall good buy

Item was good price for all that came with it. I would ersonaly prefer they build the vanity with more solid wood instead of pressed board even if they get rid of the mirror to compensate production costs. The build quality is nothing extraordinary for the cabinet portion. The vanity top seems to be of well-made quality and didn't seem to have too many trapped air bubbles visible o. the underside. The top esthetic portion was spotless, and the whole thing was very well packed to avoid damage.

Poor quality top won't last long

We purchased this vanity two years ago. We had to return the first two due to cracked countertops immediately and finally received an undamaged unit on the third try. Overall, the quality of the cabinet portion is actually good, but the quality of the countertop is awful. After two years, the sink has many chips and scratches from normal use. It looks terrible now. I will be replacing the countertop and keeping the cabinet. I would not recommend purchasing this vanity.

Water Destroyed

We appreciated the look and value of these initially, but after only 6 months, the small lip of each far right side cabinet under the handles has absorbed any water dripped over the front of the sink during hand washing (we have little kids) and the material is cracking and expanding. I dread to think what these will look like in 5 years. Not worth a long term investment.

Bad service on my problem

We decided to upgrade our bathroom in our mobile home. So being in the construction business, I retired from homebuilding so we went to Lowe’s to get ideas of what we wanted to do . We pick out a 36”vanity that had the marble top and mirror with it. We order the unit that took 2 weeks to get but I didn’t understand because I look it up that said your store had 3 in stock. disclaimer I got this second hand brand new for a lower price but rating on $400 price tag. I think it's worth it. cabinet pulls are drilled at different heights. so that's weird. top drawer is tight to pull out, second drawer is level. dings and marks up easily. saw, cut or drill your own holes for the plumbing. and glue the top down securely. caulk between the top and the wall. Good size for small bathroom but sub-par drawers

This vanity is the perfect size for our small bathroom. It is shorter and not as deep as others we looked at, which was good for our needs. The biggest criticism I have are about the drawers. They don't slide in and out smoothly so they make a rubbing, scraping noise when you open and close them. The sides and back of the drawer don't reach the top of the space, they go about half-way up, so you can't fill the drawer or your things will fall out over the sides and back when you close it. Never Do Lowes Home Delivery

This item showed up destroyed. This isn't the first time we've tried Lowes delivery with items being totally unusable. I had to drive to a different town in order to pick up a replacement as the contractor needed it the same day. DO BETTER AT DELIVERY LOWES. I am out time and heartache because Lowes can't pack and ship items.

Almost perfect

We wanted to remodel our old bathroom into something more modern looking. After doing a lot of research we decided to go with Morriston 30-inch bathroom vanity. We wanted something that would look nice and give enough top space and storage below. You get a lot of vanity for your money. The only negative is one the drawers front panel is crooked, and I will need to fix it later We are very happy with the quality and look of it

Maybe i got a lemon or it was just a bad production day but this cabinet is not made well. The top stile was bowed out 5/8 of an inch and the drawers wouldnt even close far enough to latch. Instead of sending it back i added some bracing to straiten it out. Also the drawers are very shallow, why not make them the full height of the drawer front minus the overlay.
