We’ve had a traditional paver block fire pit for 20+ years. Until one day we were at a friends house and they had a Yukon going. I ordered a Yukon the next day! I have never felt the amount of heat come from our paver block fire pit like I feel from the Yukon!! The next to no smoke is truly amazing and this sucker burns seasoned and not so seasoned wood like crazy. Yes it’s an expensive investment but it’s worth it. Don’t procrastinate on getting one it’s 💯 worth it!!

After 3 outside fire pit, my wife read about the Solo Smokeless fire pits and gave me a Ykon as a Christmas gift. We were so excited to use it because everything we read about it sounded wonderful- ie smokeless and radiate. What a joke! overall this stove has been amazing and we have used it many times. The only thing preventing us from giving 5 stars is the quick and almost immediate tarnishing of the ring on top of the stove. it became yellow almost instantly after a single use. we knew this would happen but not that soon. overall a great purchase though.
