shipped an opened boxand its missing parts

purchased this product on the website, item shipped by vendor directly and shipping was fast, in 2 days. however, vendor shipped an open box and we missed the 4 bases for the gazebo, lowes resolution is ask the customer to contact the vendor instead of help their customer. This is a first class service, just wow! why did not i order it directly from the vendor then?

Stylish Backyard Makeover!

This is a larger undertaking than building a dresser but with the right tools anyone can do it. I spread it across 2 days. My 13 year old assisted. The instructions were mostly straight forward and easy to follow. The only part that was not straight forward was the step explaining screws in the roof. It showed an additional screw that was not in this set going into a middle hole that didn’t exist on this set either...
