Have purchased a few bags of this to use in the spring as el. It works well and sprouts quick. We pre soaked some as well which worked great for our tougher spots in the yard to grow grass.

I seeded with this in our HOT days watering often! With just a few days of cool days and one actual rain that area looks lush, strong and ready to be mowed and part of my lawn!

Good start seed

Would Recommend

Seed established fairly quickly in late summer almost fall. Density could be better, but that could have been my fault on the settings of the spreader
