I bought it not expecting much - Surprise!

It seemed easy and smart, and we joked it was a gimmick. But it worked! when you have 16 feet long walls, its a bear to get the tape straight! Anyway, Didn't expect much. It was tricky to get started (Like others,the roll that came with it was backwards lol) Once I flipped the roll, and then after a practice run, it was ON! Not what I hoped for, cheaply made.

This applicator did an extremely poor job following the contour of the areas being taped. All areas were straight with the exception of a few being off a couple of degrees. The small white plastic guides were not straight likely causing some of the problems.

Good item that serves it's purpose!

More a Holder than Dispenser

This is a dispenser the same way a regular desktop tape dispenser is a dispenser...but let's face it, that's more of a holder, and so is this. That being said, for what it is it does to a good job. It rolls the tape out and the blade cuts well. It takes a little getting used to as what I expected was that I could roll the dispenser along the wall and the tape would be laid down. But I adjusted and I am FAR happier using this tool than doing it by hand...and for under $10, how can you complain...

Makes a Tedious Job Simpler

Easy to Use for someone not very handy
