Wrong order sent, very difficult to return.

I ordered two keyed alike door knobs and I was sent two differently keyed knobs. They were delivered quickly by Fedex. I requested a shipping label to return the knobs promptly, I was told this was not possible and that I had only two options: return to the nearest Lowe's (a 60 mile round trip) or get the box picked up a whole week later ( not a viable option since we are leaving for extended travel and need new door locks as soon as possible). Looks and Feels High-End

The matte black finish looks beautiful, it feels solid and comfortable in your hand, and it gives the door a more elevated look. Installation was simple, and it works smoothly. Very happy with it.

Exactly doorknob!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent garage door knob. It is sturdy and finished nicely. The ergonomics of the doorknob is precision nicely. I would recommend a doorknob from this company as well. The only reason why I have 4/5 stars is because I wish they came with paper instructions instead of online just for people who don’t have smartphones that would need directions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was not too difficult other than getting the screws to align in the knobs. The included screws for the plates are too small. I used the longer screws from the knob I took off as they were longer.

Backdoor install just the AAA knob.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. Used on the back interior door no need for the deadbolt there. Removed the old lock and chiseled for the plates finish is nice but will scratch easily. Mechanism is smooth to latch and the door knob is smooth. Alignment is direct once installed. Pulled on the knob and seems secure. Fits nice in the hand I do prefer knobs over handles. I have also the deadbolt and knob kit. Which takes a nice beating. Swinging the door to close ...

Easy instal
