Wrong order sent, very difficult to return.

I ordered two keyed alike door knobs and I was sent two differently keyed knobs. They were delivered quickly by Fedex. I requested a shipping label to return the knobs promptly, I was told this was not possible and that I had only two options: return to the nearest Lowe's (a 60 mile round trip) or get the box picked up a whole week later ( not a viable option since we are leaving for extended travel and need new door locks as soon as possible). I’ve used this style to replace 75 year old door knobs throughout my home. They’re period appropriate and look and work fine, but they’re definitely not as sturdy and well-built as the originals. No plastic parts from what I can tell though. I’ll definitely keep using these door knobs.

Would Recommend

Needed to replace one last exterior lock at the house to have all locks on the same key. Took off the (K) model and replaced with a good Schlage. Re-keying was real easy as I did it myself, even though the store offered to do it. All necessary parts in the package and completed this task in under 15 minutes.

The product worked fine for a door knob. Wrong Key though. I had to replace the supplied connecting bolts as my door was thinner. Also, the packaging shouls say what the offset is for the hinge if you are drilling the holes in the door.
