What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the ease of installation, intuitive app functionality, and remote access capabilities. Most highlight seamless smartphone integration, the ability to create guest codes, and real-time lock/unlock alerts as key benefits. The sleek, modern design with matte black finish adds aesthetic appeal. Many appreciate not carrying keys and managing access from anywhere. However, some report Wi-Fi connectivity issues where locks become unresponsive after weeks of use. A few mention difficulty seeing the keypad in low light. Despite these drawbacks, most customers find the combination of convenience and design highly satisfying.

Nice upgrade over builder's Schlage lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, great replacement for existing Schlage lock set. Some refinishing of door may be required post-install. The replacement was not exactly the same size as the old one.

Fantastic lock!

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install with excellent step by step instructions. This was the second lock we purchased because we liked the first one so much. Even with small children constantly tugging to lock and unlock we never had a problem with it. Always connected through the app to quickly and responded to the tap to lock or unlock. Overall looks sleek and almost hard to notice it’s a keypad lock from a distance.

Great product

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy installation and the look/finish are classic. Noticed a few deviations between the online instructions and item, main one being my deadbolt did not come with a reinforcement plate. The only criticism is that it comes with only one key.

When connected works great

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the ability to add a different code for each person. The auto lock function is great except after a year it now continues to fall off my wifi network so the autocorrect doesn't work & I cannot access it from the app to check usage or lock unlock remotely.

Wifi and Bluetooth connect not great

Would Not Recommend

We have starlink internet and had multiple issues with the deadbolt not being able to connect to the internet thus not allowing us to key in our code to get into our home and having to use the key. I tried to change the connection to bluetooth thinking it was our internet but still had issues with the deadbolt not being able to connect.

Love this Wi-fi deadbolt

Would Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially purchased 1 to install on my main entrance. It was easy to install and I love seeing if it's unlocked or locked from the app. I since then have purchased 2 more for my other doors. These connected easily to my wi-fi, look great, and send me a text to let me know if they are locked or unlocked in a timely manner.
