Great features when it works.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock is easy to set up and use. I enjoy the smart features to be able to manage the lock remotely and monitor when the door is locked/unlocked. Unfortunately the first one stopped working after 11 months. They did send a free replacement though and so far the new one is ok. Hoping it was just a one time occurrence. We know others with the same lock who have not had issues.
