Impressive

Frustrating experience

I was very specific that i did not need the keyed deadbolt, only the door handle. I live 60 miles from the nearest Lowes and now have to return this wrong set. I was passed off to 3 different people while trying to get a return authorization. I hope i dont ger any hassle when i bring it in to the store for a full refund. I will not order again if the item is not in store. It has been a big hassle.
