What Customers Are Saying
The Samsung top-loading washer offers a large capacity, quiet operation, and effective cleaning. Customers appreciate the convenient features like adjustable water levels, self-cleaning cycle, and end-of-cycle melody. However, some users have experienced issues with the spin cycle, unbalanced loads, and water temperature not getting hot enough. A few have reported premature breakdowns and problems with the loudness of the end-of-cycle chime.

Love everything about this machine. I went from a front load back to the top load with the agitator. Call me old school but this machine is even better than my last washer and dryer which were front load. They were also, Samsung and they lasted 20 years so it was an easy choice to stick with Samsung. My top load washer doesn't tangle because it is loaded properly. The washer and dryer are large enough to accommodate my queen comforter which came out perfect. No vibrations because the instillatio...

Love my New Washer!
I bought this washer a few weeks ago. The customer service was amazing! It came within 2 days of ordering. My old washer was also a Samsung that lasted over a decade, so I decided to go with a Samsung again. I am completely satisfied. The capacity is a great size for a family of 5. It's quiet and cleans the clothes to perfection. The drainage is great with slight vibration for bigger loads. I am a happy customer!

I bought the washer and dryer two weeks ago and I love them. Very well made and quiet. I compared with several other machines and this was in my opinion the best made for the money.

Love It
Love, love, love my washer! It handles large loads silently. Balanced and does a great job getting clothes washed and rinsed. There is enough room to wash all of my bed linens at once! I find myself no longer procrastinating to do the laundry.

Great features!
My clothes are soooo clean and no more agitator to snag or stretch my clothes. So many options beyond types of cycles from temperature and water level.

Very satisfied
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised by how well this machine works, how clean my clothes turn out, and the low noise feature. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice top loader, thank you.
From Samsung US
This is the one!
This washing machine was an early Christmas present from family, because our old machine broke down. We needed something that could handle heavy loads with 3 adults and 1 teenager in the house, something easy on fabrics, but also saved on costs. This machine can hold a significant amount more than our last washer, the cycles are quiet, gentle, and the load is fully drained. It's easy to use and very efficient. If you're looking at reviews for a reason to buy, I hope this gives you the confidence...
