I have had this washing machine for two years and have had to have it repaired twice. It can not handle large loads even though the drum is big so it easily goes into an unbalanced load and eventually breaks. The parts are really hard to get so you spend weeks without a washing machine. When it does work, it cleans well.

I previously had a Samsung washer and dryer for over 9 years and never had any issues. Two days after I received this washer something happened and it wouldn’t spin. It’s a good thing it was still within the exchange window, but otherwise I don’t know what I would have done. They really don’t make appliances like they used to.

Absolute GARBAGE
Absolutely nothing will prepare you for the frustration this machine will bring into your life! This machine not only does a horrible job at washing your clothes, it takes 2 hours for a load and at the end of the day you'll likely have to squeeze your clothes by hand like you are in the 1950s! If Samsung had any ride in their products they would recall this garbage but clearly they don't! I'd rather go back to a laundromat than to keep using this utter rubbish! Motherboard has to be replaced
Only 32 days since delivery and machine suddenly stopped going into spin cycle. Motherboard has to be replaced. It’ll take 10 days for their tech to get part and replace. Avoid ALL Samsung products.

Love my new Samsung washer
I purchased the Samsung washer with the dryer during the Labor sale. It is such a great buy for the price and the quality. The washer has many cycles to choose from. It is quiet, very minimal vibration. I can remote control the washer from the Samsung smart home app. The app notify you the stof thr washing cycle and also let you know when the cycle is completed.

I purchased this earlier this month and have been extremely pleased with the purchase. Our old washer was front loader and that was 4.5 cubic area and this one is 4.7 top loader. We are thinking .2 capacity won’t make a difference but it does. Surprised that it holds A LOT of clothes. Wifie loves the pretreatment rinse feature. The vibration on the washer is nearly to zero. It cycles great and it is extremely quiet.
