Great set.
I bought this maybe 3 weeks ago. it was on sale, but still would've nice if could've seen the labor day sales. Our more than 20 year old Maytag set finally couldn't be saved. I was already looking at this set. I like that the washer has a clear lid, and dispenser for the fabric softer not just bleach or detergent. The capacity is large than my previous washer, so it takes a bit longer to wash the clothes.Nose level is about average.

Balancing issues
Has major balancing issues and cannot balance itself most of the time. the finish came off just from getting laundry spray on it. Last Samsung appliance I ever buy.

We received what was ordered and everything was in an outstanding condition and all devices are performing well.
If you are 5'1" tall or shorter keep looking!
Does it clean well? Yes. Is it quiet? Yes. But, if you are like me, 5' 1" tall, it's not a good choice! The tub is just too deep and I can't reach half of the clothes without standing on a step stool or using a tool to extend my reach. So if you're short - keep looking. Also, I can't find the way to have the timer/alarm bell ring when the wash cycle is over and before the rinse cycle begins.
