I love everything about this dryer except that it doesn't allow me to turn off the Eco Dry function. I have 4 very active kids and a husband that works and coaches. I do 14 loads of laundry every Monday to keep up moving. When we first got the machine Eco Dry came on as a default, so when suddenly it was coming on every time I turned on the machine I thought someone had accidentally pressed something. Samsung customer service is a JOKE!!!
Our $1600 dryer failed after a few years, we found out there is a class action lawsuit against Samsung for the same issue. Called customer service and got a refund approved in October 2019, it is January sixteenth 2020 and Samsung customer service cannot figure out how to mail us a check! Worst Customer Service Ever!
this company has the worst customer service ever. my dryer has been broken for over 8 weeks. they have come out to fix the machine 6 times and can't figure it out. they classified the machine as not repairable and when i called to get a refund i had two people tell me i would get a refund but i had to be in front of the machine to process. when i called back they said they would not give me a refund and wanted to send a tech out again even though in the notes two different people said they wo...
