we bought this dryer with the matching washer in 2019. 3 months ago we got a heat error code and called repair to check the dryer. certified samsung. they took it apart and found no obstruction for the heat code. assembled and reassembled the dryer 4 times and could no longer even get the dryer to come on. samsung repair guy says samsung and LG are the 2 worst for repair people. they discontinue parts on models within a year or two of being on the market and part numbers constantly change. ...

With just 3+ years into life, the dryer started having trouble and is not repairable anymore because the parts are not being made. So much for the 2K spent on a model with modern features. The good old models from other brands are the best ! Do not recommend.
