$8,000 - Electricity wasted in next 10 years
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT UNLESS YOU LIKE SPENDING OVER $800 PER YEAR JUST TO HAVE IT SIT OFF! I just had a service technician to my home to troubleshoot this cooktop. The problem is that even when the cooktop is off it is still pulling 2.14 amps at the circuit breaker panel.
