[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker was blocked all the time. Have to use hot water to defog and clean the ice maker container to able to make ice again. The network defog was not work and could not reboot after changed the network to 5G. Tired to get help from Samsung but just dropped the ball and said that the refrigetor network works on th 2.4MG only. If Samsung is not going to fix the ice maker problem then I strong suggest that no body to buy this product.

I’ve had service people from Samsung out 6 times, and the entire ice machine, computer board, and other things replaced at least twice. Besides food I’ve had to throw out I’ve had to pay for disgnosis when they thought it was unrelated to the compressor. The smaller doors don't swing out as far as traditional designs and they function much better in a kitchen where there is no room for a "barn door." Many french door fridges have a drawer for the freezer.
