We absolutely love our fridge, we are always leaving messages on it and the kids doodle. The rebate for the free panels we thought was super easy to do but after reading some reviews it seems some ppl has difficulty try to obtain them. Completely changed the look of my new refrigerator and now matches my new bespoke smart range. Also added bonus get erasable glass markers and let kids go to town. Also I don’t think it could have been any easier to install! Love it!

Helpless customer for a missing glass panel
We ordered Bespoke 3-door French Refrigerator on 11/21/22 and was told it will be delivered around 1/04/23. It got further delayed and was finally delivered on 2/05/23 with 1 top panel missing. Now 3 weeks passed, we still did not get confirmed for the missing panel. We feel angry and frustrated after calling and visiting the store several times for help.

It's OK - which they had matte colour options
The green emerald is a little too 80s. which they had more muted colours to choose from. I hate the fact it has no handles - didn't think of that until i tried to open the fridge. the colour choices are not great - so that sucks. Very nice Inside though. I would say all-n-all given (outdated ie metallic) colour choices its OK. nothing special like I had hoped

Our fridge came Stainless Steel Panels. Lowes guy told us Samsung would send us the panels for free with a promotion. Not true $450 later we got our white panels. If i would have know i would have just bought it white in the first place.
