Strongly recommend this washing machine! Prior to this machine, I had a much smaller front load that I was less than impressed with. The capacity on this machine is unreal! I easily fit an oversized king comforter in this machine - with ease!! I was skeptical if the pet hair component actually worked and it does! Have I mentioned how incredible the capacity is?! The finish doesn't hold up
We just got the w/d delivered last week. The dryer has scratches all over the top and we don't set anything on top of it. There is no reason for it look this way. I'd like to send it back and get white ones. The navy blue color wipes off with water. . . it's cheaply made. We keep the laundry closet closed as well and now I have a foam mat on top to try to keep the AIR from scratching it.

One trick pony
The washer works well, but only on the "normal" cycle, if we use any other cycle the washer is locked and gives an F4 error. This even happened when I put it on "self clean". We have had to unplug the washer and wait for it to unlock many times now. Otherwise it washes nicely and had has a large capacity drum. It's too bad that the only cycle that can be used is the "normal" cycle.

Confusing title, I know. Back story: I just retired a Samsung top load washer that was about 10 or more years old. It was accidentally abused by some rugs that were bursting with loose dirt (parent w/dementia), which essentiallly made all fill and rinse water nasty and sludgy. Love my new washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity on, it is very nice love how it has the traps on each side to trap. The hair makes it better clothes look cleaner. It’s a lot quieter than my last one and absolutely love the fact of the phone notification when it’s done.

Damaging machine
This washer has continued to ruin our clothing, towels, etc. even after muliple tech visits. We have tried various water levels, spin speeds, detergents and amounts, etc., to no avail. After almost 9 months, a clothjng damage claim with a second coming, Samsung is agreeing to replace or refund.

I bought this a month ago and it has been great. The filters in the washing machine are wonderful and help collect debris before it goes down the drain and causes future clogs. Specific water settings are wonderful and allow my laundry to get extra clean.
