Can’t handle even slightly bulky loads
I’ve had this machine two years, and it has a constantly recurring problem. Broke within 2 years
Stipped spinning after 2 years. Samsung is a whorrible company for appliances. They've been out 4 times now to fix our machine, first it was the clutch, then it was the wiring harness and now they're saying it's the motor that's broken. We absolutely love this washer! The large drum is great for larger families and bedding. We can easily wash our king size bed set without doing multiple loads, and throw in 2 loads of laundry at one time which saves me time from doing laundry all day.
