By far the worst washer ever. It actually makes laundry harder. It constantly becomes unbalanced, which I do understand. This washer will try to fill with water to rebalance. Great idea in concept. We have had the same problems as many others have described with the constant Ub/Ur error codes, especially after the washer was 2 years old. (It is currently 5 years old.) Luckily, we had bought the warranty and repairmen have come out and fixed it several times, including by changing the suspension and using putting to help hold the drum in place. Bought this washer in 2020-2021 i think and it was fine up until last year when the suspension rods wore out and it put a crack in the bleach dispenser and gets unbalenced every load and one time it made a grinding noise and then glitter showed up on our clothes and the lid lock mal functions please save your money and don’t buy anything from Samsung It’s also prone to rusting on the water jet

I’ve owned this washer for a little over 4 years. Love the color but it is currently struggling with the UR/UB errors. Everything I’ve read is that this is a shock or rod issue. Both will cost about $600 to fix. This is ridiculous! It’s $1200 and only lasted 4 years!

worked great until it didnt
it was working great the last 4 years we have had it and then all of a sudden it wont rinse and spin any load of laundry. every single time i go in and readjust the clothes to make sure its not unbalanced. eventually i give up and wring the clothes and or blankets and towels out by hand to put them in the dryer to dry after 2-3 rounds of drying. i constantly keep getting the UB and UR code.

Absolute worst washer ever! This thing doesn't even clean the clothes! I hate this thing. I'm a big Samsung fan but never again with the "washing" machines!
