Horrible washer
Washing machine is horrible. Like many others, the tub shakes violently after a few years of use (No Samsung, it's not from the load being unbalanced or the washer being on an uneven floor). Hesitant to even contact service for I'm afraid what they will charge to fix it when the problem is originally due to their poor quality. Do not buy this washer or other Samsung products

Absolutely Junk
I went out about 2 years ago replacing all my appliances with all new up to date Samsung appliances. I had the stove, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, and washer and dryer. I have slowly had to replace every single thing since. I hate Samsung appliances and don't trust the warranty you purchase with the appliances either. I am now having to replace my washer and dryer, after already replacing everything else. I will not purchase another Samsung appliance.

Nice washer, but I don't think "smart" or "high efficiency" is an accurate description for any of these newer washers. My 22 year old washer I could wash and rinse stuff in the sink if I need to then put it in the washer and run the spin cycle so it could hang dry much faster. One option needed
I've had this washer for a month. It is the first washer I have ever had without an agitator. As far as washing goes, it does a pretty good job. There does seem to be a drawback though. Whether its a small load or a large load, at the end of the cycle the items are too wet in my opinion. There is no option to wash with an "extended spin". After the wash is done, you have to select the Spin Only option to really get all or most of the water out of the clothes. I suppose that if you don't mind dry...

The sleek look and chimes of this washing machine might make you think it's a good purchase - it's not. Our failed on us after a year, not able to wash even the smallest of loads without becoming unbalanced - and enters into an endless cycle of spinning to drain, then dumping more water on it, then trying again. FOUR PROBLEMS: ~'Speed Wash' for this Samsung is 36 to 42 minutes, as opposed to 15 minutes of my previous washer (LG front loader). I guess Lowes quit selling the next upgraded version of this with 12 wash cycles. I bought mine and have been using it for 10 months and it has started making a sound like the bearings are seizing when it goes into spin. I called Samsung and all they did was have me on the phone for 45 mins making me run it through a recalibration. That worked for about three loads.
