After one year in 20 days started getting the error message to redistribute load. Technician came out for warranty and changed shocks. Took 2 months for them to do that. Ultimately said it was unrepairable, warrenty gave me a retail value check. Wouldn't even come close to replacing this one, but they don't make them anymore. I had purchased a matching set but now they're going to be mismatched.
1 year lower washer doesn't work
Order received 01/29/25 died 02/09/26Lower washer doesn't go into spin cycle and Lowe's extended warranty lost my warranties even though I have receipts purchasing them. Sent my documents to warranty site because they can't find my reference numbers in their system.
Cheap latches, Cycle selection not good
The top washer latch broke with minimal use. The lid shut and broke the plastic latch. Only have had the washer for less than 2 years. Selecting the wash cycle is annoying as well. It attempts to give you the most used cycle, but in reality you just keep turning the dial until you find the cycle you want. If I do any blankets, it takes forever and says removing suds. Would not recommend.

This washer was great for the first 6-9 months. Clothes came out smelling wonderful, I can separate my few white pieces of clothing on the top loader, or wash my active wear in a flash. We bought this washer/dryer pair a year ago (Dec 2022) for a home we were building. Due to several issues with construction, we weren't able actually to move in and place these units into service until March of this year (2023). Moved into our new house not even 1 month ago. After two week, our brand new washers main board went out. And…to make it even worse, the part is no longer available for purchase. Imagine that!
