Would Not Recommend

We've had this refrigerator for seven months and the ice maker has been leaking water for three. I've tried multiple times to get it repaired and keep getting blown off by the local repair service with different excuses. In the past Samsung was my go to for everything but now, their product quality has just gone downhill. I'm sick of it. Time to switch to another brand who actually care about what they make for us.

We had 2 delivery driver's, one was rude and rushing. The other driver was trying to make sure the delivery was done without damage. I was in the process of putting up ramps to make it easier to get in and out of our house because we have 2 steps up. I installed the first ramp and the rude driver told me not to install the second ramp.
