works great the first 5 years

nice option on the ice maker, water dispenser, storage options. buuuut, compressor will give out right after 5yrs, so get ready to pay a heavy amount on labor.

Lousy refrigerator controls

This refrigerator has to be the worst purchase I have ever bought. If it weren't out of warranty, I would return for a refund. While the capacity is good, the controls suck. You cannot turn off the bottom ice maker easily. There is no light for you to see how much water is dispensed. I can't tell you how many spills I have had to clean up because of that. This is the second Samsung refrigerator I have purchased and the second one I have regretted. I will never buy another one.

Im still waiting for compensation from Lowes

The delivery men refused to disconnect or reconnect the refrigerators saying that they were" not allowed to".The night before delivery I viewed the instructional video for appliances that Lowes had sent to my email& that video never mentioned anyrhing about the customer disconnecting or reconnecting the appliance water connector.As a result I had to find pliers& when it didnt work the delivery man finally said" you need 2 pairs of pliers so that you can turn 1 one way & turn the other 1 another ...

Very Disappointed

We purchased this Samsung Model from Lowe's in summer of 2023. It worked great until November, when the upper ice maker broke and had to be replaced. It was covered under warranty. After that, the refrigerator worked fine until late March 2024. The lower ice maker stopped working and we noticed items in the freezer were thawing. Not thrilled

I'm on my second full set of Samsung appliances. NEVER again. The stoves are the only ones I don't totally hate. I had a 33ft³ Samsung french door that constantly froze up and would quit cooling. They made several failed attempts to repair it under warranty then quit trying when I wouldn't buy the extended warranty. This refrigerator seems to function ok, but with issues. Lasted 3 years and stopped cooling

So disappointed with this purchase. We bouth this in February 2023, spent almost $2k and it only lasted 3 years. We hurd a humming noise and the next day the fridge stopped working and no longer cooling at all. The compressor went out is what it seems to be based on error code C 84 that keeps flashing. Repair guy coming to today.

Garbage

Like others have experienced our fridge failed within 2 years and this wasn’t even at our main house so it basically just sat around with the doors closed most of the time. There was an extended power outage at one point but when it failed the temperature was reading normal though the interior was clearly not the same temp so Samsung probably needs to be sued with a class action lawsuit for harms related to spoilage and thermostat inaccuracy when it fails to get their attention. Disappointed in Samsung

We bought this refrigerator in 2021 and this week – November 3 – it’s ceased cooling in the freezer and refrigerator. We had the extended warranty and we’ve gone through Lowe’s and Samsung and have yet to have someone appear as promised. If I could leave a 0 out of 5 review I would. Never buy appliances at Lowes!!!
